Preparation & dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation.
Tracked to your door
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No Golden Labs branding or product references visible on the outside of the parcel.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent by email. Monitor your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.
Damaged Package
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
Order Modifications
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once a tracking number has been issued, no changes can be made.
